Build a record another system can understand
- Subjects, levels and grades organized clearly by academic year
- Credit information and GPA method if used
- Course descriptions for nonstandard or advanced subjects
- External validation where useful: AP exams, dual enrollment or accredited course providers

Work backward from destinations
